There is no second chance to make a first impression. When it comes time to sell your home, try to ease the pain of the transition by helping your apartment or house make that fabulous first impression.
Includes:
1 - On-site visit of your home for 1 hour.
2 - A detailed tour of the property with the owner. To get your home “show ready”, we will visit it and give you suggestions on how to maximize the sale potential of your home.
3 - Address issues to make the best first impression to potential buyers. Recommendations are made on what should stay and what should go: home repairs, function of rooms, placement of furniture and accessories.
4 - Light items can be repositioned in the home.
5 - After the meeting, a comprehensive written report will be submitted outlining a DIY list for next steps.
